Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced PCBA Process Quality Engineer to ensure PCBA processes comply with industry standards (IPC-610) and Oracle requirements. You will audit PCBA processes, review soldering chemistries, and collaborate with Design/Operations and suppliers to drive RCCA and QMS improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong analysis skills, and leadership of complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or similar Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing operations environment.
• Experience managing external manufacturing partners building complex PCBA’s.
• Membership and/or participation in IPC, SMTA.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to present process and quality data clearly.
• Ability to lead complex and strategic project initiatives.
