Job summary

RWA is seeking a Business Operations professional to build and run the middle- and back-office capabilities across brokerage, OTC and other financial products. The role will establish scalable processes, controls and infrastructure while supporting tokenisation and on-chain operational flows.

You will blend hands-on execution with process design, system implementation and cross-functional coordination, gradually assuming broader ownership as the business scales.

Qualifications

• > Approximately 4–8 years of relevant experience in securities or institutional digital asset operations.
• > Experience in trade lifecycle, post-trade processing, settlement and reconciliation.
• > Familiarity with tokenised financial products and digital asset operations.

Responsibilities

• > Own and manage end-to-end trade and order operations lifecycle.
• > Establish middle- and back-office processes across multiple asset classes.
• > Support tokenisation, wallet operations, on-chain settlement and reconciliations.
• > Design and implement operating procedures, controls and risk management.
• > Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance.
