Job summary

Chief Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Night Shift Dealer / Senior Dealer to support US equity and derivative trading, handle orders, monitor positions, and assist in risk control.

The role offers a fixed night/middle shift with an attractive shift allowance; candidates should have a higher diploma or above (finance related), SFC RA 1 or 2, solid knowledge of equity/derivatives and margin calls, and strong client service in Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above (Finance / Investment related disciplines are highly preferred).
• Holder of SFC RA 1,2 or qualifies to be registered.
• Good knowledge of equity and derivative and with experience in margin call handling.
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, fast response and able to work under pressure.
• High level of initiative, accuracy and patience.
• Good command of spoken Chinese, both Cantonese AND Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of US equity/derivative trading, including trade execution, order monitoring, and client order handling.
• Monitor clients’ trading positions and risk exposure; execute forced liquidation when necessary to control trading risk.
• Track market movements, trading limits, and client margin requirements to ensure compliance with internal risk management policies.
• Present information on stocks and derivatives products to customers; provide timely updates and product insights.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing market information, formulating trading strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and providing high-quality service.
