Job summary

Hafoo Securities Limited in Hong Kong seeks an operational support specialist for Equities trading in Global Market (U.S.) and Global Commodities. You will monitor trading systems, assist the operations team with client inquiries, and support offline orders.

You must be a university graduate in Finance or related fields, hold SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses, and have at least one year of dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms.

Qualifications

• University graduates in Finance or business-related disciplines.
• Holder of SFC RA1 & RA2 license.
• At least 1 year dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational support of Equities trading for Global Market (U.S.) and Global Commodities.
• Monitor the trading system and support the operation team to handle client’s inquiries.
• Support client’s offline orders.
• Monitor the risk control system.
• Report system or trading fault to IT team.
• Coordinating with China CS and IT team to solve problem.
• Communicate with U.S broker to solve order related problem.

Requirements:

Willing to work in night shift and able to work on public holidays;

Able to work accurately under pressure

Alertness, attentive and good numerical sense

Fluent speaking in English and Putonghua is a must.
