HKEX is seeking a Senior Network Manager to lead design, delivery and transformation of enterprise, data centre, cloud and market infrastructure networks. You will ensure highly available, secure, resilient and scalable network services while driving automation and AI adoption to support HKEX's objectives.

You will manage vendor relationships, define architecture standards and lead major modernization projects, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure engineering and operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise, data centre, and mission-critical networks.

He/ She will also ensure highly available, secure, resilient, and scalable network services while driving automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence to support HKEX's strategic objectives.Job Duties:Job Responsibilities:Lead network engineering across data centre, campus, WAN, Internet, cloud, and security infrastructure.Define and govern network architecture, technology standards, and strategic roadmap.Deliver network transformation, infrastructure refresh, and major technology initiatives.Ensure network availability, performance, resilience, capacity, and regulatory compliance.Drive Network AI and Automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and risk management.Leverage AI and analytics to support predictive operations, capacity planning, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.Manage vendor relationships, service providers, contracts, and budget planning.Job Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.Minimum 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure engineering and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise, data centre, and mission-critical network environments.Strong technical expertise in: Layer 2 / Layer 3 Networking OSPF, BGP, Multicast VXLAN / EVPN Firewall technologies IPS/IDS, DDoS Protection, Network Access Control, DNS Load BalancingHands-on experience in Network Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and AIOps technologies using Python, Ansible, APIs, Terraform, PowerShell, and AI-enabled operational platforms.Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure transformation, data center migration, cloud adoption, and network modernization projects.Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure, security, application, and business teams.Strong experience in procurement and financial management, including budget planning, forecasting, cost estimation, RFQ/RFP and tender processes, commercial evaluation, and cost optimization.Extensive vendor management experience, including contract negotiation, service performance management, resource governance, and solution evaluation.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and service providers.Experience working in financial services, exchanges, banking, or other highly regulated and mission-critical environments is highly preferred.HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
