AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Network Engineer Expert to design, deploy and support the corporate network. You will specialize in Cisco and Aruba LAN, WLAN, and authentication services, delivering HLDs, LLDs and comprehensive documentation.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, enterprise-grade WiFi deployment experience, and a drive to standardize architectures across a large organization. You will act as SME and provide third-line support to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma from a reputed institution.
• 5+ years of network experience with at least 2 years in a complex enterprise role.
• Professional level certifications from Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) and Aruba (ACSP/ACCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills under time pressure.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise LAN/WAN routing and switching at medium to large enterprises.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of campus networks (deployments, OS upgrades, patches).
• Strong knowledge of Aruba CX features and centralized management using Aruba Central.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, and packet analysis (Wireshark).
• Experience with core routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and network services ( QoS, STP, HSRP/VRRP).
• Experience with SD-WAN over diverse underlay networks.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and support the corporate network infrastructure.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) with detailed documentation.
• Escalated incident handling with focus on resolution and prevention.
• Drive network standardization and influence architecture standards across the organization.
• Provide third-level operational support for critical network issues and ensure high availability.
