Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 seeks a Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager to help formulate business strategies under the Marketing Manager and oversee NPIs from RFQ to order management and payments.

The role includes preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and conducting marketing research to drive growth. The candidate will also enhance customer service for account maintenance and growth, and assist in budget proposals with cost variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quotation and order follow up in manufacturing / hardware / plastic industry.
• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, or Product Design.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication and business operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating business strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Oversee NPI projects from RFQ to order management and payments.
• Prepare and process quotations for small parts and components based on customer requirements and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer orders from placement through to on-time delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct comprehensive marketing research.
• Provide exceptional customer service for account maintenance and business growth.
• Estimate budget proposals and perform production cost variance analysis.
