Job summary

SOGO Hong Kong Co Ltd is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the Corporate Marketing Department, including CRM, design, digital and campaign planning. You will formulate strategy, initiate programs and implement plans to meet business objectives, while partnering with Sales and Leasing to market department stores and malls.

The role demands a degree in marketing or related field and at least 15 years in Retail/Shopping Mall Marketing, with strong leadership, bilingual English and Chinese skills,

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Retail/Shopping Mall Marketing.
• Solid marketing management knowledge and people leadership experience.
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with a proactive and energetic team-player attitude.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Formulate the overall marketing strategy and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Leasing to brainstorm marketing strategies for the Department stores and shopping mall.
• Plan, execute and optimize digital and marketing campaigns across platforms (websites, online stores, social media).
• Provide leadership to drive CRM programs, digital media, brand marketing and promotions.
• Manage marketing budget and perform campaign analysis.
• Initiate marketing studies to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with partners, vendors and media to maximize opportunities.
• Design and ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Lead ad hoc projects as assigned.
