Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a dedicated Wealth Solutions Expert to support agents in identifying client needs, formulating wealth strategies, and delivering integrated insurance and non-insurance solutions in Hong Kong. The role involves pre-case consultations, case strategy, and wealth coaching to drive high-net-worth business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Wealth Management, Business, Law, Insurance, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance advisory, financial planning, or HNW client servicing
• Must obtain Insurance Authority license (Paper 1,3&5) or equivalent for regulated activities
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel; able to type Chinese characters
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-case discussions with agents to identify client opportunities and design integrated wealth solutions
• Participate in client meetings with agents and VAS partners to advance outcomes
• Coordinate with external partners (trust providers, legal, tax, family office, financing banks) to implement solutions
• Coach agents on wealth topics, fact-finding, and HNW sales practices; share market trends and best practices
