Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in corporate banking, global transaction services, or financial market infrastructures.
• 5 years in a dedicated change management, project management, or operations transformation role within the payments sector.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar technology implementations and process re-engineering programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of major payment operations projects, from business case development and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive the operational readiness and successful migration to ISO 20022 and regional RTGS system upgrades.
• Design and implement target operating models for new corporate payment products, cross-border payment rails, and instant payment schemes.
