Job description

As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Payment & FX to lead our payments and foreign exchange business and products. This role will drive innovation, optimise product offerings, and ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and execute strategies for payment services (local transfers and international remittances) and FX products, including product design, pricing strategy, and continuous optimisation.
• Plan and prioritise product backlog, participate in iteration planning and elaboration of the enhancements for the product.
• Gather and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders, consolidating insights into actionable requirements, features, and end products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, customer service, legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing improvements.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements to ensure all products comply with the latest rules and standards.
• Identify and analyse market trends and customer needs to build forward-thinking product roadmaps.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with solid knowledge on payment and FX products.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.
• A self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and Putonghua is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Cantonese is a plus.
