Job summary

KGI Bank Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager/AVP/VP - Product Manager, Treasury, to lead and support a wide range of treasury products including bonds, equities, and structured instruments. You will oversee product onboarding, ensuring HKMA/SFC compliance, and maintain Murex and Avaloq systems for accurate processing.

Additionally, you will manage back-to-back transactions with counterparties and develop internal PM policies to drive governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in trading room operations and PM-related instruments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and product governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines

At least 5 years or above of experience of trading room operations and PM-related financial instruments

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and product governance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention details and ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
