Job summary

Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager for the Enforcement Division (Investigation - Market Misconduct Team). The role focuses on leading investigations into market misconduct and intermediary crimes, gathering background information, and preparing cases for court proceedings.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in market dynamics, a relevant degree, and preferably professional qualifications in Law or Accounting, with proven leadership

Qualifications

Requires a relevant degree and preferably professional qualifications in Law or Accounting.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong leadership and supervisory skills, competent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

gather background information and conduct fund tracing analysis for preparing search operation
conduct search operation on the premises relating to the suspects
interview suspects and parties involved in the suspected misconduct
analyze evidence obtained and prepare succinct reports to management
prepare cases for criminal or civil proceedings before Hong Kong’s courts and tribunals.
