Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong seeks a senior communications strategist to shape executive narratives, develop strategic storytelling and drive multi-channel engagement. You will translate complex performance data into clear, compelling visuals and messaging for leaders, agents and partners.

The role combines data storytelling, AI-enabled content creation and channel engagement, requiring strong writing, design skills and a deep understanding of corporate communications in financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, strategy or related fields.
Experience preparing senior management, ExCo or Board-level presentation materials.
Strong track record in producing high-quality communications and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

Develop executive communications, presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
Translate operational performance and strategic initiatives into compelling narratives.
Design and produce data stories with dashboards and visuals for executive audiences.
Create AI-enabled content and engagement assets for various channels.
Develop agent-facing and stakeholder communications and ensure consistent messaging.
Support strategic planning and staff engagement communications across the organization.
