Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced leader to own and strategically grow a large agency portfolio, driving initiatives that exceed sales targets and accelerate business growth. You will coach, develop, and optimize agency performance while aligning with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires deep HK life insurance knowledge, 8+ years of progressive experience, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the life insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and agency channel dynamics.
• Experience or exposure to wealth management concepts is a strong asset.
• Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
