Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced financial due diligence professional to support buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements for corporate and financial clients.

You will analyze business drivers, earnings quality, assets, and key issues while participating in engagement planning and review of transaction materials. Strong English and Chinese, Mandarin fluency, and a university degree are required.

Qualifications

• University graduates with a minimum of 2 years of professional core audit experience, preferably with previous due diligence exposure.
• Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is a must).
• Traveling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Providing financial due diligence services to buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition deals conducted by various financial and corporate clients.
• Analyzing the target's business drivers, quality of earnings, quality of assets and key deal issues etc.
• Responsible for engagement planning, preliminary review of deal structure, and support in reviewing transaction documents.
