Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Critical Services Delivery team. The role focuses on designing and building HKEX IT infrastructure for core mission critical systems, and includes managing IT infrastructure projects as well as internal process automation and improvement.

You will work with the Critical Service Delivery Lead and collaborate with the Engineering team to implement robust IT solutions, enhance security, and drive automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration, troubleshooting and security hardening experience.
• Hands-on experience in Linux OS configuration, troubleshooting and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application teams on IT solution implementations.
• Interact with internal and external parties on planning and execution.
• Follow project plan to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Compile project and technical documents, such as project plans, technical specifications, and test reports.
• Implement and manage automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
