Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Pricing Actuarial Manager to lead pricing initiatives for life insurance products, including Participating, Universal Life and Investment linked offerings. You will apply actuarial techniques and drive profitability while collaborating with stakeholders across Local, Regional and Group levels.

The role requires over 10 years of actuarial experience, Fellow status, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Prophet, VBA and MS

Qualifications

• University graduate in Actuarial Science or related disciplines with over 10 years of relevant experience
• Fellow of a recognized actuarial body (e.g. SOA, IFoA, FIAA, HKIA or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of life actuarial techniques, tools and requirements (HKRBC, IFRS 17)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence executives
• Proficient in MS Office, VBA and actuarial software such as Prophet

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pricing development for Savings and Protection life insurance products
• Develop pricing models using actuarial assumptions and perform sensitivity testing
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product solutions
• Develop pricing reports for product approvals following processes
• Collaborate with product implementation teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor product profitability and regulatory compliance
