Job summary

Binnie is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to join the Victoria team, leading varied geomatics projects with occasional field visits. You will drive project scope, schedules and deliverables, coordinating with senior staff to secure the necessary resources and ensure timely completion.

You will develop proposals, monitor survey performance, and cultivate strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive survey experience with 5-8 years managing mid to complex legal survey projects.
• BC Land Surveyor commission in good standing with ABCLS.
• Degree or Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing varied geomatics projects.
• Define scope, schedules and deliverables and plan execution.
• Coordinate with leadership to secure resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan activities, develop proposals based on client needs, and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
