Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Engineer discipline.
• Around 10 years of experience in financial services with hands-on development and business analysis.
• Understanding of equity swaps, options or other equity derivatives products.
• Strong development skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL and web-based applications.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business to maintain and enhance existing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Provide reliable estimates and alert delays or issues early.
• Document functional requirements, system design, and user manuals for compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor developers via design/code reviews and pair programming.
• Test new features and enhancements prior to deployment and document results for audit trails.
• Provide training and documentation to support teams and promote knowledge sharing.
• Other tasks as directed by the manager.
