Job summary

OKG Group is seeking a backend-focused engineer to design and implement high-performance services for earn, loan, and stablecoin yield features within a leading crypto exchange ecosystem. You will work closely with product, design, risk, and quantitative teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements include 3+ years in backend development, proficiency with Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloud, and strong knowledge of concurrency, distributed systems, and cloud-native tooling.

About The Opportunity

The Asset & Earn Team 2 is responsible for building and scaling next-generation earn and lending solutions at one of the world's largest crypto exchanges. As a developer on this team, you will work on Simple Earn, Flash Earn (including Jumpstart), Loan products, and Stablecoin Yield features — powering millions of users' passive income journeys in the crypto ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and develop high-performance, high-availability backend services for Simple Earn, Flash Earn, and Loan products
• Build and maintain the Jumpstart subscription and allocation system for new token launches
• Design and implement backend systems for stablecoin yield distribution and settlement
• Work closely with Product, Design, Risk, and Quant teams to deliver innovative earn and lending features
• Participate in on‑call production support and incident response to ensure platform stability

What We Look For In You:

• Proficient in AI‑assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude Code — mandatory requirement to boost engineering productivity and iteration speed
• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience in financial or related industries
• Experience in Microservice/API development with Java / SpringBoot / SpringCloud
• Strong understanding of multi‑threading, concurrency control, and distributed system design, with experience in high‑concurrency, high‑availability, and high‑performance systems
• Familiarity with mainstream messaging frameworks such as Kafka and caching solutions like Redis
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and deployment
• Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL or equivalent)
• Comfortable in a cloud‑based Linux environment with production support capability
• Basic understanding of finance concepts, particularly earn/deposit, lending/loan, and yield products
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Business Domain Experience (At least one of the following three is required):

• Earn & Loan: Hands‑on experience building earn or loan products, with understanding of interest accrual, risk control, and liquidity management
• Stablecoin Yield: Familiarity with stablecoin mechanics (USDT, USDC) and experience developing yield distribution or settlement systems
• Subscription & Allocation Systems: Experience building token launch, quota alloc
