Responsibilities

  • Ensure completion of projects within budget, required quality and on schedule.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders on incidents, potential risks or issues.
  • Identify opportunities for earlier delivery of projects and associated benefits.
  • Facilitate meetings with participants at all levels; experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Handle dynamics between teams, directing teams to resolve issues
