Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Audit Manager (FS) in Hong Kong, offering up to 63K plus bonus. You will perform IT risk assessments and audits across IT general controls, applications, infrastructure, and security, while leading the IT audit team to ensure robust internal controls for banking systems and IT services.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 6 years of IT audit or technology risk experience in financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of IT audit or technology risk experience in financial institutions
• Candidate with IT audits experience within banking environment is highly preferable
• Able to identify and assess complex IT risks and controls and relate them to the wider business environment
• Sound IT audit knowledge in cyber and data security, development, IT operation and infrastructure
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH) are advantageous
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including managerial courage and dealing with ambiguity
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English

Responsibilities

• Perform IT risk assessment and IT audit, in areas covering IT general controls, application controls, IT infrastructure, and security review
• Manage IT audit team
• Develop risk-based audit plan and supervise audits and independent assessments to evaluate the adequacy of internal controls relating to wide range of banking systems and IT services
• Prepare annual audit plan
• Responsible for identifying technology risks, and independently evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of information technology infrastructure and application controls, including security and internal controls
