Job summary

Fairwood Fast Food Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, plan and conduct fieldwork, and report to senior management. You will optimize IAD resources, review work of junior staff and provide recommendations on daily operations.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication skills, detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A competitive remuneration package is offered.

Qualifications

• With previous experience as an Internal Audit Assistant Manager and professional certification or membership in recognized bodies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines and minimum 6 years in internal or external audit (IT-audit knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent audit and engagement management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Chinese.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail, highly organized and strong time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAD resources efficiently.
• Ensure completion of audit engagements per IA plan: operation, store audits and investigations.
• Audit engagement planning, fieldwork and follow-up.
• Review subordinate audit work thoroughly.
• Communicate professionally with management, department heads and staff.
• Report effectively to IAD head and senior management.
• Provide insightful recommendations on daily operations.
• Review and provide opinions on policies and procedures.
