Job summary

P&T Architects Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Manager for interior fitting out works for the HKU Capital Development Complex at the Pokfield Road Site. You will drive on-site quality control and technical coordination with contractors, and review shop drawings and materials.

The role requires 10+ years in interior design and site coordination on high-end projects, a recognized interior fitting out certificate, and English/Chinese language proficiency at Level 2+ or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of interior design and site coordination experience on high-end projects.
• Certificate in interior fitting out from HK institutions.
• English and Chinese language proficiency Level 2+ (HKCEE/HKDSEE) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review fit-out drawings and materials submitted by contractors.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve interface details on site.
• Perform daily site supervision to monitor progress, quality and compliance with approved designs.
