Job summary

Raffles Family Office Limited, a leading multi-family office, seeks an experienced insurance submissions specialist in Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end life insurance applications, coordinate with RMs and insurers, and negotiate underwriting offers while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in insurance brokerage, experience with multiple carriers, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Relevant insurance certifications and licenses are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, handling new business submissions and policy servicing.
• Experience in a multi-carrier environment and managing HNW client cases preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with professionalism and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end submission process for individual life insurance applications with insurers.
• Monitor outstanding case requirements and coordinate with RMs and insurers for information.
• Negotiate with carriers on underwriting offers, quotations and policy terms.
• Review new submissions for irregularities or underwriting concerns.
• Provide administrative support to RMs via email and phone.
• Coordinate medical appointments and prepare documentation for new apps and renewals.
• Maintain records using internal systems and email platforms.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation for clients and RMs.
• Ensure submissions and processes meet timelines and quality standards.
• Handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
