Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is seeking an Income Auditor in Hong Kong to ensure accurate revenue recording and timely reporting. You will produce daily revenue reports, reconcile cash and accounts receivable movements, and enforce control procedures across the income process.

The role involves verifying daily revenue entries, auditing rebates and charges, and preparing end-of-month closings. Fluency in English and Chinese is beneficial for working with multilingual teams.

• Proven ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Check daily Food & Beverage and front office revenue per Finance Policy.
• Prepare and distribute revenue journals to management.
• Ensure promotions system setup complies with Finance Policy.
• Prepare Monthly End Closing.
• Review rebates and miscellaneous charges with supporting documents.
• Audit coupons, certificates and vouchers controls.
• Reconcile advance payments and ensure proper application.
• Perform special projects as requested by management.
