Job summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager to drive GRC digital transformation across regulatory and financial risk domains. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise GRC platforms, guide teams, and lead multi-cloud integrations while engaging with financial institutions and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering/Risk Management/Quantitative Finance/Law or related fields are preferred
• Proven direct experience implementing, configuring, or managing enterprise GRC solutions in a complex regulatory environment
• Lead the architecture and integration of GRC solutions within multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• 10–14 years of relevant working experience in consulting or corporate environment
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, FRM, CFA or equivalent preferred
• Solid knowledge in internal audit, risk management, regulatory compliance and governance
• Experience in leading advisory, banks, insurers or asset management clients
• International working experience would be an advantage
• Experience in matrix and global environments
• Fluency in English; Cantonese/Putonghua preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise GRC platforms across risk and compliance domains
• Perform hands-on configuration/customization across enterprise GRC technologies
• Support relationships with financial institutions, regulators and industry bodies
• Lead business development through propositions, client targeting, and proposals
• Guide teams and client through Deloitte methodologies and assets
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of audit, risk, governance and regulatory developments
• Collaborate across Deloitte network on cross‑firm engagements and knowledge sharing
