Qualifications

• 7+ years backend software experience.
• Expert-level Golang proficiency.

• Cloud-native expertise: AWS, Kubernetes, GitOps.
• Ability to translate requirements into specs.
• Experience in remote, asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data indexers supporting distributed ledger technology.
• Own the full software lifecycle from initial technical specification to production deployment and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with various blockchain protocol layers.
• Champion engineering excellence by setting standards for API design, fault-tolerant distributed architecture, and secure coding practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding and automated tooling to accelerate delivery and improve system quality.
