Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) Hong Kong is seeking a Global Markets Operations professional to provide end-to-end operational support for a broad range of products including FX, money market, derivatives and fixed income.

You will ensure timely reporting to HKMA, assist with funding movement, reconciliations, settlements and control of compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong SWIFT/RTGS knowledge and English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business administration, finance, commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in related field.
• Hands-on experience with Global Markets Operations processes.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS, and MT/MX formats.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support for Global Markets products.
• Ensure timely daily submission of OTC derivatives trade reporting to HKMA.
• Prepare and submit Basel reporting, RMB Returns, BIS surveys.
• Monitor and upscale AML alerts from Fircosoft.
• Support SOP maintenance and ad-hoc projects.
