Job summary

OSL is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead global centralized procurement, with a heavy focus on IT infrastructure, SaaS, and FinTech systems. You will scale and optimize existing SI procurement processes, consolidate vendors, and drive cost reduction while ensuring cross-border compliance and collaboration with international teams.

The role requires cross-border experience, ERP/SRM expertise, and fluency in English and Chinese, including negotiation of complex contracts.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years cross-border procurement experience including centralized procurement
• Experience in top-tier tech, internet, or FinTech firms with data security awareness
• Fast-paced, high-precision environment; strong PM and big-picture mindset
• Hands-on with ERP/SRM systems; familiarity with agile collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional centralized procurement across IT, SaaS, and FinTech, plus other categories as needed
• Scale, optimize, and upgrade existing procurement infrastructure and SI systems
• Drive large-scale negotiations to consolidate vendors and reduce costs
• Manage cross-border transactions and offshore payment workflows with tax awareness
• Partner with security and compliance teams for vendor risk assessments and regulatory alignment
• Prepare data-driven procurement reports and updates for senior management
