This role involves managing accounting, budgeting, and reporting for property fund management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong supervisory skills, and be fluent in both Mandarin and English. An understanding of PRC GAAP is essential. This position offers a chance to lead an accounting team and ensure seamless fund administration.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in fund reporting and accounting for limited liability partnerships or property funds.
• Supervisory experience managing accounting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Handle accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for property fund management.
• Liaise with asset management team for financial reporting.
• Supervise an accounting team of 5.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Mandarin

Fluent in English

Supervisory experience

Knowledge of PRC GAAP

Educación

Qualified ACCA/ACMA/HKICPA or equivalent
