Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of Fund Accounting to lead a five-person team responsible for the reporting and operations of 7 USD single investment funds and multiple non-managed funds. The role covers NAV calculation, trade settlement, cash management, and investor communications, with close collaboration with the investment team and external auditors.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage SPV liquidity, and support annual audits and regulatory compliance while driving process

Qualifications

• Experience leading fund reporting teams in private equity or private credit vehicles.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and deep knowledge of PE fund structures.
• Proven ability to oversee NAV calculations, cash and position reconciliations, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fund reporting team of five and manage NAV calculation, trade settlement, cash/position reconciliations, and corporate action handling.
• Oversee financial reporting for PE funds and equity funds, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Coordinate with investment teams and service providers to facilitate deal closings, exits, and cash flow management.
