Job summary

hermeneutic research seeks experienced full-stack engineers to build UI and services for mission-critical financial applications. You will work on TypeScript front-ends and Go services, creating modular UI components and SDKs, while ingesting and rendering market and on-chain data in real time.

This role emphasizes clean design, high performance, and collaboration with traders, researchers, and product managers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development with production ownership on both backend and frontend.
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern frameworks (Svelte/React/Vue).
• Strong Go experience to design and operate production services.
• Experience building reusable UI components and data contracts.
• Proven ability to handle large datasets and real-time updates.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and JavaScript runtime.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and product managers to translate workflows into UI solutions.
• Design and implement high-performance front-end applications using TS framework.
• Build and operate Go back-end services with security and performance in mind.
• Own service boundaries and data contracts end-to-end.
• Create reusable UI modules, libraries, and SDKs for a modular platform.
• Develop real-time UIs for high-frequency market and on-chain data.
• Integrate front-end with back-end via typed SDKs and interfaces.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable, maintainable systems.
• Deploy, maintain, and ensure reliability under heavy load.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
