You will join a global development team, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure security, reliability and compliance while building observability into trading applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front office environment.
• 8+ years in a similar role or domain.
• Real-time trading platforms experience desirable.
• Advanced Java expertise with willingness to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, drive deliveries and design latency-sensitive trading solutions.
• Design and develop front-office trading applications with business users.
• Apply engineering practices to ensure quality, security, reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with a global team to enhance Quoting applications and observability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture.
