Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a quantitative-related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on fixed-income portfolio management experience.
• Proficiency with mainstream data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) and advanced financial modeling.
• CFA charter holders are preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, with Putonghua fluency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as fixed-income SME for client reviews and mandate pitches.
• Conduct macro/monetary policy research and identify investment opportunities while managing risk.
• Evaluate diversified fixed-income opportunities across government, credit, convertible, and money-market instruments.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations throughout investment lifecycle.
• Prepare investment reports and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor market dynamics, adjust duration, leverage, and asset allocation as needed.
• Track performance and conduct attribution analyses for optimization.
• Support development of new business initiatives and enhancement of existing products.
• Fulfill ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head.
