• 8+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience in banks or financial institutions.
• Excellent report writing in English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Perform financial analysis with business units to identify key drivers behind the numbers and prepare comprehensive management reports.
• Lead budgeting and performance monitoring for business units and manage the budgeting process while monitoring progress against targets.
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation, advancing workflow automation to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Participate in ad hoc duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.
