Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Front-End Business Development professional to spearhead client pitching and acquisition for financial PR services targeting pre-IPO and listed companies on HK and US markets.

You will lead end‑to‑end pitches, tailor capital-market communications, manage projects through IPO filing to earnings cycles, and coordinate media relations, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above from tier 1 universities, majors in Finance, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields.
• 5–10 years in financial PR, IR consulting or financial media with at least 3 years leading projects and client docking.
• Strong business acumen, logical thinking and a track record of successful pitching cases.
• Knowledge of domestic and international financial media ecosystems and regulatory disclosure rules; strong writing and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and allocate media, events, and design resources effectively.
• Presentable professional image with strong negotiation and senior‑level communication skills.
• High resilience and ability to travel for client visits.

Responsabilités

• Lead business opportunity mining and pitch leadership for HK/US markets, delivering high‑standard pitch services.
• Customize strategies by capturing client business models and capital planning; support contract signing.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects across IPO filing, quiet/roadshow periods and IR maintenance.
• Oversee media resources, ensure content quality and regulatory compliance; organize earnings briefings and events.
• Monitor public opinion and respond to crises with rapid, coordinated communication.
