DFI Retail Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning for its divisions. The role supports month-end closings with timely, benchmarked reports and variances explanations to improve operations.

You'll perform analyses for store expansion feasibility, refurbishments, leases, and CAPEX planning, coordinating with functions to deliver insights and timely ad hoc inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting, business performance analysis or financial modelling.
• Experience in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting, forecasting and planning for DFI business divisions to help build strategy.
• Aid month-end closing by providing timely reports and explaining variances to benchmarks for better operations.
• Support audits, feasibility studies for store expansion, refurbishments, lease renewals and CAPEX planning.
• Coordinate with other functions to collect and analyze data, offering insights to improve operations.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and inquiries timely and accurately.
