Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting.
• Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership.
• Team player, good personality and motivation.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities.
• Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licenced corporations.
• Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties.
• Prepare client money segregation & desegregation.
• Participate in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct year-end audit & regulatory assignment.
• Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholder.
• Participate in financial statements and year-end tax filing.
• Process improvements and strengthen internal control.
