Sands China Ltd. seeks a Senior FF&E/OS&E Designer to craft bespoke design narratives for luxury hospitality projects in Hong Kong.

You will translate concepts into cohesive physical expressions across the resort ecosystem, including uniforms, F&B tabletop, guest-room accessories, OSE, and public-area details. The role bridges storytelling, brand strategy, and operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight schedules.

Formación

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, integrated resort, high-end retail design or luxury product design.
• Experience in FF&E, uniform design, tabletop, and bespoke object development.
• Background working with Asian or Chinese guest markets strongly preferred.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing creative and narrative-driven design solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and production processes.
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into tangible deliverables.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver multiple high-quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player.
• Fluent in English is a MUST; Cantonese a plus.
