Job summary

The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced events professional to drive revenue by expanding existing partnerships with event organisers and attracting new clients for meetings, social events and weddings. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to booking, while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Collaborating with operations and other departments, you will coordinate documentation, negotiate terms, and ensure flawless event execution that exceeds guest

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of event and catering experience, including conversion and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense.
• Results oriented, self-motivated and creative.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Increases sales revenue by developing new business from existing event organisers and from new customers.
• Take initiative to identify, negotiate, and secure new events bookings, ranging from meetings, social events and weddings.
• Prepare event documentations and coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events with high level of service standard.
• Work closely with the operations teams to ensure flawless execution of events and exceed guest expectations.
• Achieve sales goals and target established by management.
• Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend
