Job summary

We are seeking an experienced network professional to lead deployment and troubleshooting of enterprise-grade network infrastructure in a highly complex IT environment. You will draft LL designs, implementation plans, network diagrams, UAT plans, and O&M guides, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires deep Cisco networking knowledge, hands-on experience with switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless, and familiarity with SDN/Cisco ACI. Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in network technologies.
• CCNP certification is highly preferred; CCIE certification is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Switching, Routing, Firewalls, and Wireless infrastructure, specifically within Cisco environments.
• Strong command of networking technologies and protocols, including Spanning Tree, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, VxLAN, and QoS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a self-motivated, proactive, and independent work ethic.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Prior experience or knowledge in network virtualization and SDN (especially Cisco ACI) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and troubleshooting of complex network infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
• Draft and deliver comprehensive project documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLD), implementation plans, network diagrams, UAT plans, and O&M guides.
• Serve as a technical mentor to guide and coach junior team members.
• Actively track industry trends, pick up new technologies, and continuously expand your networking skill set.
