Job summary

Shui-On-Building-Contractors-Limited is looking for engineers with extensive site experience in hospital and building projects. The role requires familiarity with temporary works design and MEP systems, plus strong supervisory capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and building services disciplines.

The successful candidate will contribute to chiller plant operations, oversee maintenance, and supervise field teams on-site and in the office.

Qualifications

• 3 years' relevant hospital/building project experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works.
• 3 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience.
• Proven experience in MEP design on a variety of projects, sectors & values.
• Proven experience with design stage guides (RIBA plan of work, BSRIA Guide BG6).
• 4 years' site experience with some supervisory positions.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Handle building / E&M construction projects.

Responsibilities

• 14 days AL + 12 months salary + Discretionary Bonus
• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works
• Knowledge of engineering related computer software application
• 3 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience
• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
