Job summary

Control Risks in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Digital Forensics professional to lead development and management of the team’s forensic technologies offerings. You will support complex fraud and corruption investigations and consult with clients to translate needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities include hands-on forensics activities, data extraction for RelativityOne, evidence handling, documentation, and coordinating resources to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least five years of technical and direct computer forensics experience.
• Extensive knowledge of computer forensics and the EDRM lifecycle software.
• Understanding of the eDisclosure/eDiscovery workflow from data collection through production.
• Thorough understanding of standard evidence handling procedures.
• Creative problem-solving skills to proactively address client needs.
• Flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities during investigations.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel, even at short notice.
• English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the team’s forensic technologies service offerings and capabilities.
• Support complex fraud and corruption investigations involving forensic technologies.
• Consult with clients to understand computer forensics requirements.
• Perform computer forensics activities including preservation, analysis, data recovery, email extraction and database examination.
• Prepare electronically stored information for RelativityOne processing and data conversions.
• Coordinate with operations to allocate resources for processing and hosting to meet deadlines.
• Document and manage project requirements and chain of custody documents.
• Provide hands-on technical support for RelativityOne (aiR for Review/Privilege, analytics, workflows, dashboards, productions).
• Engage with client teams to prioritize needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of project activities, specifications and custody-related documents.
