Job summary

Epiq is seeking an experienced Client Services Associate Director in Hong Kong to lead a team of eDiscovery professionals and manage a growing portfolio of client accounts. You will drive project management, quality, and client satisfaction while mentoring staff and supporting regional initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration with regional teams, and the delivery of best-practice workflows in the eDiscovery and litigation support domain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of eDiscovery Client Services professionals and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop client relationships and drive project management, coordination, execution, quality and escalation processes.
• Mentor, develop, and train the team; support succession planning and leadership development.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and assist regional management on tasks and projects.
• Coordinate staffing, project scope, budgeting, and invoicing; monitor WIP and reporting.
• Lead weekly/monthly status calls, executive summaries, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with CS leadership and cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
