Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial building E&M or data centre related projects.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling objectives are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Manage the implementation of the master programme including all deliverables.
