Job summary

Lam Construction Company Limited is seeking a Senior Draftsman (Interior Design) to handle the full set of CAD design and drafting, coordinating with the project team and external parties to meet client requirements. Occasional site visits are required to ensure design integrity and execution.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma or above in Architecture or Interior Design with at least 5 years in interior design, proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office, and strong

• Minimum 5 years' working experience in interior design field.
• Familiar with construction drawing and artwork drawing.
• Familiar with architectural finishes, millworks, and lighting.

• Good command of Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.
