Job summary

Jaz Toys HK Limited seeks a Senior Director of Compliance & Quality to lead proactive quality assurance across development and mass production for toys. You will establish QC frameworks, implement SPC monitoring, and drive CAPA with cross‑functional teams to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in toy quality, global standards, vendor audits, and customer complaint resolution, with Mandarin and English proficiency and willingness to be based in Dongguan and Chai

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, quality management or related disciplines; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in quality roles within toy/consumer products; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with international suppliers and third‑party inspection agencies.
• Familiarity with global toy safety standards (ASTM F963, EN71, ISO 8124).
• Strong knowledge of QMS, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, SPC, root‑cause analysis, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee quality control frameworks across sample development and mass production.
• Deploy advanced process monitoring and SPC to detect deviations and drive improvements.
• Drive root‑cause analyses and CAPA to enhance first‑pass yield and reduce returns.
• Coordinate supplier and internal stakeholder alignment on corrective actions and compliance.
• Manage third‑party QC inspections and ensure PP test reports and lab results are available.
• Conduct vendor QMS audits during onboarding and ongoing compliance.
• Oversee customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.
