Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Senior Director, Actuarial Solutions in Hong Kong to bridge corporate technology with actuarial teams and shape the architecture of our actuarial platform. You will lead system selection and drive delivery of a robust platform supporting financial reporting.

Role requires strong leadership, extensive actuarial and reporting experience, and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks to ensure compliant, scalable solutions across Prudential's units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience in actuarial functions, financial reporting, and technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge corporate technology and actuarial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Define the vision for actuarial platform architecture and guide system selection.
• Lead delivery of a shared service platform for regular financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Risk, and Operations across business units.
• Champion best practices in data management and actuarial analytics.
